นโยบายการจัดส่งสินค้า (Shipping Policy)

ที่ Jiratheritage เรามุ่งมั่นจัดส่งสินค้าให้ถึงมือคุณอย่างปลอดภัยและรวดเร็วที่สุด โดยมีรายละเอียดเงื่อนไขการจัดส่งดังนี้:

  1. รอบการจัดส่งสินค้า

    • เวลาตัดรอบ: ตัดรอบจัดส่งทุกวันจันทร์ – เสาร์ เวลา 11:00 น.

    • คำสั่งซื้อและชำระเงินเรียบร้อยก่อน 11:00 น. จะถูกจัดส่งภายในวันเดียวกัน

    • คำสั่งซื้อหลัง 11:00 น. หรือสั่งซื้อในวันอาทิตย์และวันหยุดนักขัตฤกษ์ จะถูกจัดส่งในวันทำการถัดไป

  2. ระยะเวลาการขนส่ง (โดยประมาณ)

    • กรุงเทพฯ และปริมณฑล: 1 – 2 วันทำการ

    • ต่างจังหวัด: 2 – 3 วันทำการ

    • พื้นที่ห่างไกล / เกาะ: 3 – 5 วันทำการ

  3. ค่าบริการจัดส่งสินค้า

    • โปรโมชันพิเศษ: ส่งฟรีทันที เมื่อยอดสั่งซื้อครบ 2,000 บาทขึ้นไป

    • ยอดสั่งซื้อไม่ถึง 2,000 บาท: คิดค่าจัดส่งเหมาจ่ายตามจริงในระบบชำระเงิน (Checkout)

  4. การแพ็คสินค้าและมาตรฐานความปลอดภัย

    • สินค้าน้ำมันหอมระเหยบรรจุขวดแก้ว และไขมันธรรมชาติ (Ghee/Tallow) จะได้รับการห่อหุ้มด้วยวัสดุกันกระแทกหนาแน่นเป็นพิเศษ เพื่อป้องกันการแตกหักหรือรั่วซึมระหว่างการขนส่ง

  5. การติดตามสถานะพัสดุ

    • เมื่อสินค้าถูกจัดส่งเรียบร้อยแล้ว ระบบจะส่ง หมายเลขติดตามพัสดุ (Tracking Number) ให้ท่านผ่านทางอีเมลหรือข้อความ เพื่อให้ท่านเช็กสถานะการจัดส่งได้ตลอด 24 ชั่วโมง

      At Jiratheritage, we ensure that your orders—including Baikhao essential oils, natural fats, and premium spices—are carefully packaged and delivered promptly.

      1. Processing & Cut-off Times

        • Order Cut-off: Monday – Saturday at 11:00 AM (ICT).

        • Orders placed and paid before 11:00 AM will be dispatched on the same day.

        • Orders placed after 11:00 AM, on Sundays, or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

      2. Estimated Delivery Times

        • Bangkok & Metropolitan Area: 1 – 2 business days.

        • Upcountry / Provincial Areas: 2 – 3 business days.

        • Remote Areas & Islands: 3 – 5 business days.

      3. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

        • Free Shipping Offer: FREE SHIPPING on all orders over ฿2,000.

        • Standard Orders (under ฿2,000): Flat-rate shipping fee applied automatically at checkout.

      4. Safe Packaging

        • All glass bottles, essential oils, and food products are securely wrapped with protective packaging to prevent damage or leakage during transit.

      5. Order Tracking

        • Once your order has shipped, a confirmation email with a Tracking Number will be sent to you so you can monitor your delivery status online.
